Unfortunately for me a guest pulled on my false draw cover that covered the bottom of my sink thinking it was a draw and it came off. I called Kitchen Magician to find out new owners had bought the business I spoke with Jackson on Tues morning explaining my dilemma and he came on Wed morning. Put the draw back on making sure it was perfect When I went to pay him NO CHARGE What customer service!!!! Where can you have a repair done 8 years after installation and not be charged. The kitchen cabinet hinge broke & we needed to replace it.We couldn’t find a replacement so I called Kitchen Magician(this company replaced & refaced all of our cabinets in our condo)back in 2018. Jody the new owner told me he would send Gary over to fix the issue & Gary came by replaced the hinges & checked to make sure all of the cabinets hinges were in working order. Gary knows his stuff, is very kind & reliable. It was nice to see him again & if we buy another unit here in Lexington Country Club, I will definitely call Kitchen Magician I understand that they also do flooring painting ect it’s nice to know that there are still reputable companies here in Fort Myers Fl. Kitchen Magician recently refreshed our 20+ yr old kitchen with new soft-closing cabinet doors, newly constructed soft-closing drawers, & cabinet crown molding. Often, contractors will push full kitchen remodels or added features like countertops or backsplash, but we knew the bones of our cabinets were solid & we only wanted a cabinet refresh. The existing thermofoil doors & drawer fronts were separating & peeling & we wanted only that area addressed. Jody was exceptionally accommodating & very confident that he could address our needs & do it within our budget. We had reached out to two other kitchen specialists. We felt one was using an inferior product, while the other had a high quality product that we appreciated, but we felt was beyond our needs & budget. Upon welcoming Jody into our home, both my wife & I had an immediate feel of a connection with him. We were impressed with his knowledge & his honesty & we appreciated his suggestions & his detail-oriented approach to our kitchen. It didn’t take long for us to acquire a sense of trust of him. His quote was right where we needed it to be & the sample door he showed us was of excellent quality. Gary, a true craftsman, & Jaxson, a young man with a great work ethic & pride in the finished product, were a joy to work with. Their punctuality, tidiness, & cleaning of the job site each day were much appreciated. We would gladly welcome them back on any future projects. The finished product of our kitchen refresh in terms of quality & professional installation was beyond our expectations. The bump out on the cabinet crown molding above the range was expertly crafted by Gary & a very nice finishing touch. The soft-closing drawers, newly & well-constructed by Jaxson, were exactly what we had hoped for & the soft-closing cabinet doors were as advertised. We love how everything turned out & we are extremely satisfied clients. We had a complete kitchen redo a few years ago and needed some additional work done so I called Kitchen Magician and they were so helpful matching paint and securing additional molding. They even went out of their way to finish the work in time for me to host Easter dinner. Their work is always perfect and the cleanup is complete. The quality and craftsmanship of his custom cabinetry exceeded our expectations, and our new walk-in shower is absolutely amazing. His entire team was professional, attentive, and consistently went the extra mile. Just finished a week ago getting my kitchen installed not A great experience it was a slow drawn out process that was promised to be delivered in the first or second week of January for completion. They were eight weeks behind schedule. All the drawers don’t close real well even the finish carpenter said some of them weren’t correct. Had to cut the side off One of them just to finish the look. They tore apart my kitchen in January and left this a mess for two months. Repeated calls repeated promises I even Went and was shown here are your pieces we are coming to complete it that still took another three weeks. There is no real process here. It’s a guy with a carbon piece of paper that’s got a contract that’ll be crinkled and written in all different directions. Also witnessed them spraying paint without having any EPA requirements. I will be finally a complaint with the state and the EPA very shortly after this, as in a whistleblower type of complaint The owner selectively answers his phone but once he gets your check, your phone calls will be put off. You will be lied to often as his son is one of the employees and even told me it is so disorganized & his finish carpenter Gary said this man doesn’t know what he’s doing from day-to-day I show up in the morning and everything changes. Three times they were supposed to be at my home and the finish carpenter ended up 50 miles south of my home. My experience with this company.
